The Foundation’s management structure is based on the best practice as found throughout the world. It ensures the Foundation’s independence and compliance with its mission and principles. For this reason, the functions of funding and managing the Foundation’s activity are strictly separated.
The Foundation’s Founder provides financial support, leaving the full independence of actions and decisions to the Foundation, within the framework of the existing mission.
The International Advisory Board ensures the Foundation’s independence and its strict dedication to its mission and principles. Besides that, the International Advisory Board participates in formulating the Foundation’s strategy, helps set project priorities and approve the projects, evaluates the Foundation’s performance and represents the Foundation’s interests in Ukraine and abroad.
The Managing Director is responsible for soliciting, managing, and evaluating the Foundation’s projects. The Foundation’s Director is responsible for general management, formulating strategy, suggesting projects to the International Advisory Board for approval, ensuring project progress, and representing the Foundation in public.
