The Managing Director is responsible for soliciting, managing, and evaluating the Foundation’s projects. The Foundation’s Director is responsible for general management, formulating strategy, suggesting projects to the International Advisory Board for approval, ensuring project progress, and representing the Foundation in public.

NATALIA IZOSIMOVA
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE FOUNDATION FOR EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE
Since July 2007, Natalia has been Managing Director of the Foundation. Prior to that, she worked as Corporate Restructuring Director at System Capital Management (SCM); in 2005, she served as the Personnel Director at SCM. From 1994 to 2004, Ms. Izosimova worked in McKinsey & Company’s Moscow Head Office as Professional Development Director for Eastern Europe. She held the position of Senior Editor at Foreign Literature magazine. She has a Master’s Degree in English and American literature from Moscow State Pedagogic University. |
