Within the Economic Development Agenda the Foundation for Effective Governance provides assistance to parliamentary committees, the Government and The Committee of economic reforms under the Administration of President of Ukraine in developing some legislative initiatives to put provisions of this Agenda in place.

The Foundation cooperates with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy to develop a draft law on debtor’s insolvency (bankruptcy) and an agenda for lifting administrative barriers to doing business in Ukraine. The Foundation participated in development of the Law of Ukraine On Joint-Stock Companies adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.

The Foundation cooperates with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industry, Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship to develop a draft law on self-regulatory organizations (SRO) and a draft law on public-private partnership (PPP).

The Foundation cooperates with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations to develop a draft law on agricultural land market.
