Kyiv Investment Forum to Take Place in March
The first Kyiv Investment Forum will take place in Kyiv on 29 March, states a respective administrative order signed by the Chairman of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov. The Forum will be organized in partnership with the Foundation for Effective Governance and Financial Times.
According to the administrative order, an Organizing Committee was set up, chaired by Oleksandr Popov himself. Also, the order appointed people responsible for preparation of investment projects within the initiatives fixed in Kyiv Development Strategy 2025. For example, Dmytro Novytsky, Head of the Chief Department of Housing and Utilities, will be responsible for investment projects within First-Class Infrastructure initiative; Liudmyla Denysiuk, Head of the Chief Department of Advertising, for Made in Kyiv; Andriy Pochtaryov, First Deputy Chief of Staff of Kyiv City State Administration, for E-government; Svitlana Zorina, Head of the Chief Department of Culture, for Cultural Valley; Serhiy Tselovalnyk, Head of the Chief Department of Urban Development and Architecture, for Dnieper Pearl and Downtown Next Door; Vitaliy Mokhoriev, Head of the Chief Department of Healthcare, for Healthy Kyiv Citizen; Mykola Povoroznyk, Head of the Chief Department of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, for International Headquarters Harbor; Vyacheslav Lisovyk, Head of the Chief Department of Energy, Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving, for Energy Efficiency.
“Considering today’s economic situation in Europe we have a chance to capture attention of investors to Kyiv and increase significantly the investment inflow in the capital. Before the Forum we will develop a portfolio of investment projects to be offered to the investors,” stated Oleksandr Popov.
