An Immediate Tax Reform Will Help Ukraine Out of Financial and Economic Crisis

Kiev, 9 September. A tax reform during the crisis can encourage Ukrainian businesses to go out of shadow and help raise investment. However, it runs a risk of lowering budget revenues and thus will jeopardize payment of pensions and salaries as well as realization of government investment projects.
