I am only hopeful that our current and future debates can be considered as one of those conscious efforts. We are certain that the process of debating, i.e. the opportunity to participate in a meaningful discussion, to hear persuasive and substantiated arguments on vital issues of the country's growth is an important task on its own. It is all the more so because we see many young people in this hall.
