The International Advisory Board consists of international academic, political, and expert community leaders with impeccable reputations and practical experience, sharing the Foundation’s mission and principles.
The important factor in selecting members for International Advisory Board is their interest in Ukraine and preparedness to actively participate in governing the Foundation, aimed at developing Ukrainian economy through practical programs.
As the highest collegial governing body of the Foundation, the International Advisory Board fulfils the following functions:
- ensuring the Foundation’s independence and its strict dedication to its mission and principles;
- forming the Foundation’s activity strategy;
- assisting the Foundation’s Director in selecting and approving projects;
- attracting leading experts to implement specific projects, due to its vast experience, impeccable reputation and wide international connections;
- evaluating the Foundation’s activity results, based on the projects’ quality and practical implementation;
- represents the Foundation’s interests in Ukraine and abroad.
